The Ask

The Ask

Street Health approached us with the goal of creating a modern, user-friendly website that could effectively communicate their mission while simplifying the process for clients to access resources like nursing services, harm reduction programs, and mental health support. The website also had to serve as a robust fundraising platform and provide detailed information on volunteer opportunities.

The Process

The Process

Our team collaborated closely with Street Health stakeholders to understand the diverse needs of their user base, from clients seeking immediate support to potential donors and volunteers. We prioritized accessibility by optimizing the website for mobile use, given that many of Street Health’s clients access the internet primarily via smartphones. We also integrated an easy-to-navigate donation system and a service finder that allows users to quickly locate essential services, like overdose prevention sites or harm reduction supplies. Key tools, such as a calendar for upcoming events and opportunities to get involved, were added to support community engagement.

The Result

The Result

The redesigned website empowered Street Health to better serve their clients by offering a streamlined, mobile-responsive interface. The service finder tool made it significantly easier for users to locate the services they need, while the optimized donation platform helped increase funding for frontline services. The updated design reinforced Street Health’s position as a critical community resource, and early feedback indicated improved client satisfaction and engagement. Conversion rates for donations and volunteer signups also saw measurable improvements, further supporting the organization's goals.
